Insurances and Payments

We accept most major insurance and as a courtesy to you, will be happy to bill any covered benefit direct to your insurance company. However, health plans vary and prior to your visit, please check with your insurance to establish your responsibility for deductibles, co-pays and non-covered items.

Please bring your insurance card with you at each visit and notify us of any insurance changes at the time you schedule an appointment. If you are a member of an HMO, or managed care insurance, you must have the necessary referral or authorization for the visit or procedure. Without the correct referral, your appointment may have to be canceled, or you may be responsible for payment in full for that visit.

We appreciate your payment at the time of your office visit for all co payments, deductibles, and non-covered services. For your convenience we accept payment by cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. If you have any billing questions or need to set up a payment plan, please call 248-844-9710 and our operator will connect you to our billing department.
